Website redesign for the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities (SIG), the umbrella organisation representing Jewish life in Switzerland. The platform acts as an information hub, support channel, and public voice towards politics, society, and media.

The relaunch introduced a completely new frontend and migrated the system to ProcessWire 3 with an MVC + Blade setup, improving clarity, accessibility, and maintainability across a broad and multilingual content ecosystem.

I led the technical implementation across frontend and backend (PHP/MySQL), translating the design by SolitaireDesign into a robust, high-performance system built for long-term editorial operation.

Case Study

01 ## Challenge

Rebuild a large institutional multisite with 250+ subpages still running on ProcessWire 2.

Keep publishing stable across four languages while the platform was under active migration.

Untangle years of legacy code without interrupting day-to-day editorial work.

02 ## Approach

Executed a full migration from ProcessWire 2 to ProcessWire 3.

Rebuilt the project as an MVC architecture with Blade templates for clear separation and long-term maintainability.

Replaced legacy structures in controlled phases to keep editors productive throughout the transition.

03 ## Outcome

Delivered a completely new frontend with stronger structure, faster iteration, and a clearer content experience.

Improved editorial workflows with maintainable templates and predictable content modules.

Implemented dynamic header graphic generation for consistent, scalable visual output.

04 ## Metrics

250+ subpages migrated in a multisite setup

4-language publishing pipeline stabilized on ProcessWire 3

Dynamic header graphics generated automatically across page contexts
