# Electric Echoes

Electric Echoes is an experimental archival project I initiated to collect, digitise, and preserve flyers from the German drum and bass scene. The platform highlights the visual culture and history of a community that has largely existed outside traditional archives.

I designed and developed the system as a custom platform, built with a Laravel backend, a Nuxt frontend, and a set of supporting microservices. The focus lies on scalability, structured metadata, and long-term interoperability, including the integration of the IIIF standard.

Conceived as an evolving archive, the project is ongoing and aims to grow through community contributions and expanded datasets.
